I, Nichole Grigsby/Natalie Lovitt, aka: Fat Face Frenchies,
I (we)__________________________________, (hereinafter designated as BUYER).
This contract is for the sale/purchase of a registered/registrable AKC French Bulldog.
____ The BREEDER will determine the type of registration. If the BUYER is purchasing a Limited, non-breeding puppy, as such, the puppy is to be spayed/neutered PRIOR to 8 months of age, but not before 6 months of age. BREEDER reserves the right to withhold registrations papers until such time as proof of spay/neuter has been submitted to BREEDER. Your AKC Reg will come to you in 7-10 days directly from AKC

____ Limited: No breeding rights With Limited Registration, A spay/neuter agreement will be attached to this contract. Registration papers will be sent to buyer upon proof of Spay/Neuter.

____ If the dog covered in this contract is a Limited, non-breeding dog, and has been bred, produced/sired a litter either by choice or by “accident”, the resulting litter WILL NOT be eligible for registration. BUYER also acknowledges that breeding this dog is in direct violation of this contract, and accepts full responsibility for any legal fees or legal action that may arise from breeding, PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SPAY/NEUTER AGREEMENT.
____ Fat Face Frenchie's guarantee this puppy to be full-blooded French Bulldogs, which is able to be registered with AKC. Upon execution of this contract, the seller does hereby convey title and interest of the above described puppy to the buyer. I have made every effort to supply you with a healthy, quality puppy. Fat Face Frenchie's guarantee all shots and de-worming are current.
It is the buyer's responsibility to take this puppy to their licensed vet within 48 hours of taking possession of the puppy. If possession occurs on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday the buyer shall have an additional 24 hours to have the puppy examined. If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital defect or health problem at this exam, a replacement puppy will be offered of the same quality and sex upon next availability. This is provided the buyer contacts the breeder within 24 hours of the exam, and the puppy is promptly returned to the breeder with a signed statement from the vet stating the defect or problem. All documents given at the time of purchase must be returned with the puppy. Fat Face Frenchie's will provide another puppy upon verification of the problem by our licensed vet.
Fat Face Frenchie's will not be responsible for the illnesses or health problems which are diagnosed after this 48 hour period.
____ If any veterinarian insists on repeating vaccinations already given or giving vaccinations before three weeks after the prior set of vaccinations, this guarantee will be null and void.
The health guarantee does not cover the following: Treatment for internal or external parasites or bacteria, cherry eye, loose hips, loose knees, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and small or collapsed nostrils, bad or uneven bites, undesended testicles, Demodex, mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks, ear mites, coccidia, kennel cough, Giardia, thyroid dysfunction and stenotic nares.
Fat Face Frenchie's will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus, as these are contagious diseases and can be transmitted immediately after leaving the breeder.
____ Fat Face Frenchie's does NOT guarantee against Coccidiosis, Giardia, or Worms.
Coccidia is a bacterial infection brought on by stress diet change.
Giardia is a bacterial infection brought on by infected drinking water.
Worms recycle often and it is very important that you maintain a good worming program.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as, but not limited to, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and demodectic mange that are NOT covered by this guarantee.
All guarantees are void if the dog has been bred less than 12 months old, overweight, malnourished, kept in an improper environment, or is injured due to neglect.
____ Buyer agrees not to take the new puppy to public places (pet stores, dog parks, friends/family homes and yards etc) until puppy has been fully vaccinated. Failure to adhere to this advice puts your puppy at great risk of catching many diseases and illnesses including Parvo.
____ Fat Face Frenchie's does not guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of show or breeding potential at the time of purchase. There is no money back if you the buyer decides the pup isn't to your liking. PUPPIES LEFT OVER 12 WEEKS PAID OR NOT PAID WILL FORFIT ALL MONEY PAID TO DATE..
___ Fat Face Frenchie's further guarantees this puppy for the one year of life to be free from any life-threatening congenital defects. We will replace it with another puppy is this occurs. Replacement will be with the first available puppy if this occurs. Replacement will be with the same sex and equal quality.
NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED!
Under no circumstances will Fat Face Frenchie's be responsible for vet or medical bills incurred.
This contract is valid for the original purchaser only,
upon transfer of this dog to another person this contract becomes null and void. In any event, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of transporting the dog back to the breeder. In the event that you cannot care for the dog for any reason the dog must be returned to the seller so a proper home can be found.The buyer shall be responsible for all arrangements and all return shipping cost. Fat Face Frenchie's will attempt in good faith to replace the dog with one that is more suitable at the seller's earliest convenience based upon availability.
RIGHT OF RECOVERY
*If, for whatever reason, the Buyer can not or does not wish to maintain custody of the dog (at anytime during it's lifetime) the Breeder is to be notified immediately of such case. The dog is NOT to be sold or placed anywhere but to returned to the breeder with all paperwork at no cost of the breeder.
* If sending electronically, filling out the bottom and emailing this contract to FatFaceFrenchie@gmail.com will be accepted as your electronic signature and will be held as uphold-able in a court of law.

SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT
This agreement is made and entered into this ____ day of _____________ 20__ by and between Nichole Grigsby/Natalie Lovitt (Seller) and _________________________ (Buyer), for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of purchase by the Buyer of a pure breed French Bulldog from the litter whelped on __________________ out of ______________ (sire), and ________________ (dam).

For $______ the seller agrees to sell and buyer agrees to purchase a female/male companion puppy/dog from the litter described above subject to the following terms.
Seller warrants that the above described puppy/dog is a purebred French Bulldog and is register able with AKC (American Kennel Club), and that the registration papers have NOT been provided to the Buyer as of the date of the completed purchase.
Seller shall provide Buyer with registration papers after receiving proof of spay/neuter from a licensed Veterinarian. Proof of spay/neuter can be a receipt of procedure, or certificate of alteration signed by performing veterinarian. Proof must be mailed to the seller by 8 months from the day of purchase. Puppies must be spayed/neutered at the age of eight months-ten months but not before six months of age. Adult dogs must be spayed/neutered within one month from date of purchase. If such proof is not provided within this time, Seller will retain registration papers on the puppy/dog. Buyer agrees not to breed the above described puppy/dog at any time. If the Buyer breeds the puppy/dog, without written permission of the Seller, the Seller has all rights to the offspring of the above mentioned dog. Seller has the option to take ownership of said offspring/puppies once weaned, but no later than 9 weeks of age, and Buyer will not be compensated in any way for the puppies, nor will be Buyer be due any type of registration papers whatsoever then or in the future.
This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to ensure the well being and protection of this puppy/dog. If the Buyer breaches this Agreement, the Seller is released from any obligation under this Agreement to provide registration papers.
